- St. Augustine (St. Johns County Legal Aid)
- Green Cove Springs (Clay County Legal Aid)
The client application intake hours for each of these offices are listed below. However, if you are unable to reach any of these offices, client applications are also accepted at many outreach facilities in the local area. Please contact JALA for more information about Outreach Locations.

St. Johns County Legal Aid handles general civil cases for the poor, elderly, and disabled who live in St. Johns County (or whose cases are in St. Johns County), both in-house and through a joint pro bono program run by Legal Aid and The St. Johns County Bar Association.
