Who is eligible to Apply?
- Are 18 years or older
- Lawful permanent resident for at least 5 years or 3 years if you are married to a U.S Citizen
- Speak, read and write Basic English or qualify for an exemption
- DO NOT have criminal convictions.
What should I bring to the clinic:
- Permanent Resident Card
- State Identification, passports, Social Security card.
- Any police records
- Home, School, & work Address for the last 5 years
- Information on all trips outside of the U.S in the last 5 years.
- Information for ALL children under 18 years of age.
- Check or money order for the government fees or qualify for a fee waive
- Most current IRS 1040 form or Public benefits letter with eligibility date
